How we do custom rugs for you !!!

We allow you to design and produce your own custom rugs without leaving your home or office. You can even request fiber and pile samples, obtain a Quick Quote and get progress report, and have the finished rug shipped directly to you or your client. In addition, you can do all of this in a third of the time and at half the cost of conventional methods.

Bid our production process begins with a bid on your design. The first bid is a Quick Quote which you receive as part of the on-line design process. It will give you an estimate of the cost to produce your rug and is meant to let you know if your design will fit your budget and allows you the opportunity to adapt your vision accordingly. Once you submit the order to us, we will look it over and contact you to discuss your project in person. During this initial consultation we listen to your needs, and identify additional pieces of information we may need from you, such as colors, sizes and shapes, or special construction techniques (loop pile, open pile, embossed or combination etc). Once have completed the initial consultation, we will begin working on part two of the production process.

Approval we take your design and create a pattern/graph for the proposed Rug. Then we weave 1'x1' or bigger strike-off made to see what the finished rug will look like. These are useful for showing to your client and to avoid being dissatisfied with the finished result. There is a nominal fee associated with these samples for the first time customers only, which may be deducted from the cost of the finished Rug. Before beginning the production process, we require a 30%- 50% deposit on the total invoice for the rug with the balance payable before shipment of the finished item. After your approval of strike off we then begin the third part of the process.

Production The production process begins by dying the approved colors. Then begin the fabrication process, which normally takes 6-12 weeks to complete. Depending on volume. number of colors to be used and complexities of motifs, however, we are often able to complete orders in less time, should you require. You will be advised of the ship date for the rug and it will be sent directly to you or your client or to the address you specified. We do not include an invoice or any other sort of financial documentation with the finished rug when it ships to your client except Airway Bill. The final invoice will be sent to you separately.

Note: We keep you informing the progress report by providing you our special members only area user name and password, where you can see the entire product progress report along with the pictures directly from our loom. Normally we update the pictures every 5th day but you can instruct us how often we shall update the pictures and report.
