We can strike off in your design for the approval before starting rug production. The benefits of strike off is, if you or your client wants to conform the weave type, materials, colors, pile height etc.. it is the best way to see how the rug will look like after production.

So far we have found following the rug strike off process is the best way to avoid the  risk of off color cases, clients dislike of the rug after production, loss of time etc.. So we also recommend our clients to follow the strike off process if you think it is important.

For the first time customer we may charge a little amount for the strike off but we never charge to our clients who  work with us. And we will also not charge to the 2nd time customer.  For details please see below:

First Time Customer: We may ask for Normal manufacturing charge.
Our Clients: 1 free 1'X1' strike off for one design. If more strike off in one design required we may ask for the normal charge associate with the strike off.

Shipping charge or FedEx account number is required for all the customers.
